No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

No chance of personal growth as no one will question you. That self learning and growth environment is missing which leads to poor growth for new joiners.
