1.EM behaves like a Boss , becoz of him so many good resource left the organisation. Almost 10 ppl left from team.Management should look into this and need to punish him. 2. Pls ask feedback from ladies in the team, they will tell his stories inside and outside office. 3.Good PM also left, That kind of pressure is given and he make the ppl incapable even they are good.she was telling daily to us how he making her like hell and made her to leave the company. 4. Now he got promotion and more power and ppl are afraid that he will take action against them. Gaurav sir pls avoid this , else more ppl will leave the company. 5.He do promote and likes only Kerala and south ppl. He hates north ppl.Give extraa load to us. 6.His all stories is known to everyone in office but still no action is taken .He can do anything outside the office not inside office.One HR also took information abt this with us.
