This is small private company. For initial experience you can work there for one or two years.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. There is no health insurance for employees. No training to employee. Outdated innovation. Company policies are not standardized and product is not up to the mark. As there is no management strategies regarding product quality and standards, lot of work need to do again and again. Therefore no work satisfaction. No coordination between management. Employee health is not important to the management. I have seen the accidents happened due to careless approach of management regarding work safety....Read More

Work is interesting but due to unstructured management techniques the work becomes hectic for employees. My work was in R&D department. I have developed algorithms for various products. However company is not interested in adaption of recent trends.
