I worked since 2018 (all most 6.8 yrs) with grade of EB3/ DM1 and I got rating as of now 4 or 5 only but as of now only one time my grade was changed in the year of 2020 appraisal. Now my grade is EB3/DM2 then how can I expect EB 5 and EB6 grades in next few years and moreover I'm the 4th time HIGH ACHIEVER CLUB MEMBER.

There Is No Job Security, All of Sudden company changes the direction & vision . Starts departmental transfers without concent of employees. Lot of manual work, work life balance is a big unanswered question here .
