I worked as an intern at Equinox lab. Staff was good and polite

Sometimes workload would be too much. As a student when you do internship in an organisation hoping that they'll offer you a job once there is opening. But in me and my friend's case they were happy with our work. I also got client's appreciation still they didn't consider us when opening was there

Equinox labs provide me a flexible time work culture, which helps me to balance my work and life. In terms of compensation and benefits, their support really helps us. In terms of work culture, it seems to be fine. We need to conduct inspection at our client premises and provide management the reports of that inspection. As its an part time work, we cant look for a job security, but still it helps in carrier growth and learning. Little less innovation found related to this job.

Generally, my work at equinox labs is to visit restaurant and food industries for the quality inspection. My responsibilities is to check with the quality standards are maintained at client premises according to the ISO22000, FSSAI, HACCP protocols.

Services are Good and professional approach with the Client. Work Life Balance. Timely login and Timely logout. Managers are supportive and Guide to close deals.

Increment is very less. Poor Incentive Structure. Targets geting increase without any prior notice. Poor HR Policy and Strict timing culture. Travel allowance is not uptodate as per market standard. All policies are company centric not employee centric.

The management is ineffective and fails to consider the agent's perspective. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves. Additionally, there is no pick-and-drop facility, and the office is located in a remote, isolated area.
