This is hire and fire company. Be careful if you are joining IT team in Bangalore. The manager will call you 10 times before you join, just to make sure you are trapped properly and the same manager will isolate you if you turn out to be smarter than others and that is pretty obvious. So they basically need people without smartness and YES BOSS type. IT team is basically a team of googlers. If you take away access of google or the ppts shared by vendor companies, entire IT team will be blank. No trainings, no upskilling for years and consequently these people have become good for nothing. They just show off, steal others credit, do melodrama and praise their boss to survive....Read More
