1. The Manager's are manipulative, they make you believe your request are under consideration but in reality will end up making decisions of thier choice. 2. The company culture is also bad, The HRs rather than encouraging people to participate in event/activities impose or force them to do so. 3. There is no work life balance if urmanager tells you to stay, you have to stay. 4. You can't take leaves whenever you want atleast I had to negotiate many times to even get my single leave approved, It's quite a hassle . 5. Nobody is ready to take responsibility, It's like they are sort of afraid even though there is job security. 6. The company spends a lot of money on promoting safety culture yet when one tried to spend time working on those, it is said by higher authorities not to spend too much time on them and do your usual work. 7. There is no healthy discussions to keep your point/ point of views, whatever is said by manager is the final word. 8. No professional behaviour by some Manager's. 9. A lot of Micromanagement. 10.
