Townhall Meetings: Held quarterly with CXO's and MD, sharing the updates about the organization, followed by listening to employee's concerns followed by actions and closures. 2. COO Connect: Monthly interactions with the COO to understand and resolve ground-level concerns. 3. Escalation Matrix: Directly discussing concerns with functional head > HOD > Location Head > COO > and CEO while maintaining confidentiality.
