Salary credited on time.

Dislikes

Overtime with no benefits. Excessive deduction in net salary. Management decision making poor. Safety and medical care not up to mark. Township in remote location with limited resources.

Employer’s Response

Thanks for your comments. We do not have overtime policy. we have compensatory off and in case you do not avail any off with 60 days it is compensated with pay.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
