This company is too bad, there is nothing like work life balance. They will give you 2 people load and then you will have to work for 13 to 14 hours. If still after giving this much hours your work is not completed then they will put some alligations against you and will put you on PIP and lateron you will be out of the company.

Company culture is sick, management will treat you like house maids. They will shout on you in the front of everyone. I have more than 14 + years of experinece with top 10 MNC companies. But this is my mistake that i trusted this bad organization and stake my career. Its been an year I have left the job with proper formalities. served 3 months of notice period and in return this stupid organization hasnt updated my correct date of joining and date of exit in EPFO resulting I am unable to get proper job. Because as per my PF records I am still working with EPIC. New company is saying that this has to be settled else it will be dual employment. Such a sad situation for me. If you still coordinate with them, they will everytime give you 45days TAT for the next followup.
