The organization gives good opportunities to learn and grow professionally and also takes care of the employee. A healthy and nice work culture with the WFH concept and provides 40k for WFH setup at the time of joining. Good guidance from management and from leads.

A lot of scope for exploring your skillset as a HR, and really work as a HR in a true sense, building the company culture, building employee loyalty/engagement/experience, autonomy to implement ideas. MD lives and breathes the concept of being fair to the employees.

Dislikes

Processes still need a lot of fine tuning. managers need to promote training specially in HR. The development allowance is not made use of even when it contributes to CTC, pay is okay.

The company focuses more on Employee's overall development. For skill development, good amount is given to employees on annual basis. Monthly update from higher management about the company progress gives good insight about how the company is doing.

Its fully home based. There should be somedays in a month where people can meet and interact. This build good repo with colleagues.
