The team is helpful. Management is trying a lot to improve and take the feedbacks as well. There is a long mile to go also the company is working on the processes and standards. Continuous efforts are in place to grow the organization. They have reputed clients but I feel the marketing has to be done on such a scale wherein all the CRO should be aware.

Dislikes

No Cons as such. I wish the management tries all the possible means in terms of marketing and promoting the company culture and accomplishment on all the forums. So that more people are aware of it.

Work is good. Direct interaction with the client gives an additional edge. Also I believe in self learning and contribute the learning in the organization.

I have a great team and manager. Everybody is supportive of each other and help each other with work, learning etc. Company Policies are employee friendly and flexible. Even though we are working from home with multiple clients, company tries to keep us engaged. There are great learning opportunities. Company focuses on our overall well being not just work.

Micromanagement, politics, hyping people without rhyme or reason, chaotic way of change, poor communication style, lack of clarity on what company wants to do, disrespect for tenured employees, employee policy executors behave as if they are giving money from their pocket for an eligible reimbursement, no respect for customer work, performance rating is a sham, there is no security - one has to constantly keep proving themselves, you do good work, you will be rewarded with more, they ll expect someone to clear the mess created by someone else....Read More

I had recently joined in ephicacy and it never fell like I am new to the organization since day one, everyone in the organization friendly and approachable. Personal growth is valued and pursued by employees and management.

The working at ephicacy is very good and comfortable as a work from home company.

Generally, I am part of the training have to look at the lecturers and complete my assignments on time. I learn from the different paths and I improved my technical skills. I got so much guidance from different employees from the company.

Its a great place to work, teammates are very supportive. Even the senior management is always ready to hear about employees concern.

Employee benefits could have been improved. There isn't much activities to get know of other co-workers since most of them are WFH. So that can be improved.
