Basically it’s a company which runs on few employees who think they owe the company.Management has no idea what’s going on in the company. They will listen to HR and act accordingly.But the worst part of the organisation is the Human Resource. They will never help you with anything. They are busy with their affairs within the organisation and least bothered about the employee satisfaction. No growth .Salary is too too less compared to the work done.Also if your on leave there is no backup .either you have to work from home when your on leave or do your work after coming from leave.Overall bad experience.Also once to enter the premises you are not allowed to go out and you have to submit your cell phones on the gate.Please think twice before joining this organisation....Read More
