Overall experience working with CliniExperts was good. Team mates were really corporate and friendly. It is a great place to learn under good team leads.

Dislikes

Administration is totally non corporate, I guess they only believe in troubling x-employees. Denying for issuing docs on time after separation. Delaying for long. They must be corporate with x- employees also. Otherwise I don't feel anyother dislikes things exist for CliniExperts

The work environment is great. Team members are very corporative. Good place to learn and progress. There are lots of things you can learn with a proper guidance. Instead of work, you can enjoy other activities too. Management is helpful.

Worst work environment and culture. There is no cafeteria so be ready to finish your lunch at your desk only. No job security as many employees were asked to resign without any notice.

Nothing, I liked to work in this company. It was biggest mistake of my career that I joined this company. They watch you every time in CAM while working. If you take 5 min break & talk to your colleague, they can't bear this. You will have to give explanation to your CEO/COO for this 5 minute. They give only 10 days leaves in a year, Rest if you need more leaves get ready for deduction in your salary....Read More

Team mates are very helpful and cooperative. The company organises a proper induction training which is given by the HR and the technical head. Various continuous trainings are also conducted on monthly basis. One gets to learn about almost every aspect of our field. There is no restriction to work under one department only. Salary appraisals are done every year basis the performance. I do not have to travel for this post. The best part of working here is that there is no dirty official politics.
