As I was working there as an intern, i could closely study how the organisation works under pressure, how they handle problems and how quickly and accurately they produce results even when they have a large count of samples. All the chemists and microbiologists working there are exceptionally good at what they do and stick to the protocol. I was very lucky to work and learn under them. There is nothing i dislike about the place. But i would like to suggest that some kind of stipend for the trainees could be a good idea.

Very bad culture. No support from management. No overtime and almost everyday you have to stay in for work. Su days you have to work from home without any payment or reimbursement. Overworking and underpaying is a norm. HR is not working for employees. Too much of favouritism. Exit process is very bad, they make it impossible to leave and delay full and final settlement for more than 6 months. Mental health will decline rapidly once you join, so think twice before joining....Read More

Basically it’s a company which runs on few employees who think they owe the company.Management has no idea what’s going on in the company. They will listen to HR and act accordingly.But the worst part of the organisation is the Human Resource. They will never help you with anything. They are busy with their affairs within the organisation and least bothered about the employee satisfaction. No growth .Salary is too too less compared to the work done.Also if your on leave there is no backup .either you have to work from home when your on leave or do your work after coming from leave.Overall bad experience.Also once to enter the premises you are not allowed to go out and you have to submit your cell phones on the gate.Please think twice before joining this organisation....Read More
