Very bad culture. No support from management. No overtime and almost everyday you have to stay in for work. Su days you have to work from home without any payment or reimbursement. Overworking and underpaying is a norm. HR is not working for employees. Too much of favouritism. Exit process is very bad, they make it impossible to leave and delay full and final settlement for more than 6 months. Basically it’s a company which runs on few employees who think they owe the company.Management has no idea what’s going on in the company. They will listen to HR and act accordingly.But the worst part of the organisation is the Human Resource. They will never help you with anything. They are busy with their affairs within the organisation and least bothered about the employee satisfaction.
