a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I have worked for Enterprise Bot for a short period of time. If the employee is sincere about their work they will not face any challenge. It's a growing company and in a very good domain. Kudos to Shweta Singh. The team is really good including Finance. No micromanagement, trust their resources - what else do you want? The start-up will grow into a big company.

Dislikes

People either work for long periods or very short periods. Except for development, attrition seems to be very high. Especially Sales, Marketing, QA and other verticals. The Management should focus on this.
