Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is Trans. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonuses every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On top training is not given to new joiners

Good start up, Hardworking Entero team with good growth

I worked in one of pharma distributor as Manager. They tell at time of joining that you have to learn and replace of one of director of that distributor who will leave organization very soon . I worked hard and done everything and worked almost one year. But director of distributor is very good but he don't have intention to leave the firm he is still working in firm as director. The Entero never continue with new Manager till this director is there. Without any proper reason they ask me to resign. before and after me more than 10 people they hired but no one able to work more than 2 month because of the director. As a company Entero has no issue but they can't take stand against that director and they listen only director decision. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> There is unnecessary salary deduction of employees upper management is very rude and selfish</mark>. Join this company on Entero payroll don't join any distributor of this company. Company is very ambitious without any ambitious people. They never see hardwork done by you. I joined in lockdown and that time collection was very low I recovered more than 3 cr which is stuck in market. Handled entire operations but they listen only distributor. Thanks...Read More
