I am working enoahisolution past 2 years in IT infra linux and devops platform, my team mets and managers are very good persons like a friends. and there is no salary issues they will provide salary on or before month end.

Many are there 1. Very poor project management people. 2. Toxic work culture 3. Not much scope of learning, they will put you in PIP even if very little less in performance and force us to put paper. 4. Not an friendly environment for IT guys.

They take only freshers for low salary, lot of pressure, we have to work overtime daily without any extra payment, full of politics,even for night shift they will not provide cab for you,they not even think about the employee situation always think about them, manager are thinking they are than don of the company, it's a school not a company who are want to grow your career don't go to that company.
