Full time data entry work, working from last 1 decade with very less income, Its hurts so much, lots of pressure given with multiple task & forcing of double department works. Due to pressure given in working task I loss my eye vision, loss my one and only my mom due to financial problems to care about her, also didn't married dueto very lowest income given, all works credits taken to others no single appreciate to me and always talking about numbers games. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
