Team work was important to me that worked well on a daily basis, I used autonomy to develop myself, I got job satisfaction with regards to wholistic care for my patients. Updates and developments occurred regularly. Wide range of innovations started one stop care for all.

Dislikes

Work pressure was high, there was no yearly increments, long days were tiring, msnagers do not value individuals unique strengths which is why I left the work force, it was more militant as to what needed doing didn’t feel I was appreciated.

Work Details

I found it hard to overcome the workload, we were just told what to do, it was getting me down, I didn’t at feel valued for the effort I put into the work. I felt demoralised.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
