Professional working in EIL, develop a sense of egotistic feeling over contractors assuming contractor's have less knowledge and work ethics.They don't take the burden or responsibility of project schedule but concentrate mostly in quality matters, project specification,contractor's invoice scrutiny.Contractors feel isolated as project completion is only contractor' s responsibility. EIL field engineers are mentally free from project schedule and project completion pressure.The reservation quota should be minimum.SC ST entry are more and they are like Govt's son in laws....Read More
