a. after office hours one can spend good time in cafeteria with their loved ones b. free snacks c. empty meeting rooms for additional activities after office hours(this is mostly used by devops lead) d. job security above points applicable for few senior leads who are ruling in the company

a. work environment is sad and depressing due to high amount of politics from few senior leads b. due to high work pressure a developer has to spend lengthy working hours in office and this will put toll on mental health c. lot of office politics in higher management which is causing a lot of bad morale towards juniors d. these days one of the senior is busy working on his personal life celebration instead of focusing on project f. still using old stack...Read More
