The only good things about the company is the team which I had out there. However, all of us were frustrated with the things and the way we were been treated and with no work life balance. Senior management are always exploiting and always demand more and more without guving even basic amenities. Not at all an employee friendly company. Salaries, never on time and even reimbursement arent paid for months. If you have major money stuck during F&F then forget about it. You wont get it. Even 5 mins late.. Ur half day salary is deducted.. But even if you sit hours post office hours.. Then it's not considered. And if you keep your schedule to coming and leaving on time then your been told that you arent giving your best. Director says.. If you want your personal life.. Then I dont need you! Seriously!?!?
