I am resposible for Entire state, follow up the team and set up the targets and guiding and supporting and achieve the my and company targets both product wise and primary & genrate the Revenue for the company

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
