Old/existing employees won't let you work and no matter what MD only trust and focuses on women employees.

Dislikes

MD only trust the female employees and never listens to hardworking and productive people only female staff words and actions matters to him. One must stay unemployed rather than becoming a slave

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
