It's a family owned/ru(i)n business and all the top positions are occupied by family members. Inefficient management, lack of transparency, slow/no growth, internal politics, no HR policies/department, laid back attitude by decision takers on clearing dues or FNF, the target audience is only treated as a source of generating revenue without having anything to offer in genuine are some points that can be highlighted to be concerning even before you think of applying for a job here. You will get an offer letter describing your gross yearly income as 10,00000 and net income in hand to be around 40K/month. The only drawback I feel that after you leave the company their full and final procedure is very slow and unprofessional. One have to follow up a lot for the full and final documents.
