Nothing much to talk about likes. Maybe some lies can be written as likes but afraid to fool someone whoes reading this before joining. Don't join unless you are jobless. That too you can try to get job for 1/2 months if not found you can join as optional.

Everything. From work entry punch to out punch everything. Every step, every moment is dislike. Can't give zero stars to Work life balance, salary, promotion, Because it doesn't exist. Endurance technology Ltd. Aurangabad and Pune plant is good but other locations like Halol nothing to like...

There is so many good in endurance but halol plant not as per endurance technology it's looks like one person descision based company and culture is very bad. Work life balance zero. Job satisfaction also zero. No improvement idea there is only iti pass people handling the unit.

Nothing to like high politics overburden work, no roles and responsibility clear, internal politics, plant level Harrasment corporate Harrasment you will stuck in between plant and corporate if you are come from reputed companies don't join here typical Old mindset company, toxic work culture.
