After completion of apprenticeship, For the apprenticeship trainee, if the person is eligible for the company to work or have such knowledge about the work whatever the department they are working in then company should get placed that person to the company by taking interviews or tests, couse that person was already worked in the company and they knows the consequences of the company and have knowledge about their work....Read More

Don't join... poor work culture... under qualified managers... rather shift to MNC, most of the things are copy n paste stretegy instead of self manufactured.

But in Halol plant no Quality only quantity is a thumb rule of Mr Vishal kharat ,he is uneducated person ,in Halol plant ,lot of old employees resign due to Vishal kharat ,lot of new peson who supply wine to kharat ,his performance is good ,all old employees is enemy of Vishal kharat , if Vishal kharat in Halol plant no progress of Endurance group ,all fake kaizen & award taking by kharat ,which is not successful so don't join endurance Halol plant ,his behaviour is not good on operator, supervisor, very bad person ,but why plant head always take care of Vishal kharat ??
