Nothing to like high politics overburden work, no roles and responsibility clear, internal politics, plant level Harrasment corporate Harrasment you will stuck in between plant and corporate if you are come from reputed companies don't join here typical Old mindset company, toxic work culture.

Don't join... poor work culture... under qualified managers... rather shift to MNC, most of the things are copy n paste stretegy instead of self manufactured.

Under skilled managers (diploma mindset) Poor management People with less knowledge sustained here for last 10+ years (they can't sustained outside) In the name of research everything is copy pasted. Office politics 11/10 rating If you are with high value and talent just escape this organisation.

But in Halol plant no Quality only quantity is a thumb rule of Mr Vishal kharat ,he is uneducated person ,in Halol plant ,lot of old employees resign due to Vishal kharat ,lot of new peson who supply wine to kharat ,his performance is good ,all old employees is enemy of Vishal kharat , if Vishal kharat in Halol plant no progress of Endurance group ,all fake kaizen & award taking by kharat ,which is not successful so don't join endurance Halol plant ,his behaviour is not good on operator, supervisor, very bad person ,but why plant head always take care of Vishal kharat ??
