I regret to say that my experience with Prime->Excellarate ->Encora has been extremely disappointing. The HR department is unresponsive and consistently fails to provide timely updates. Throughout my career, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and reliability. they do not adhere to the assurances they give, making the whole process frustrating and untrustworthy. The company seems stagnant, with little to no opportunities for career advancement or financial growth. There is no progress in terms of work or salary.
