A lot of learning for a new comers, a great place to get knowledge of all department as all seniors are full supportive.

Dislikes

There is no personal life balance as you have to complete your work any how either your work influenced by other or by you. There is also a working culture of 24×7 which hits so hard to your health sometimes.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
