No job security is there, and even high rank official may have the chance to be demoted or called for resignation, I have very bad experience with the company, no work lif balance, only BD and SCM deparment are fair enough to be called a corporate,otherwise everyone is underpaid, no rights of an employee to be followed there

They take two year bond from new GET and then try to exploit them ,ask them to work for unreasonable hours,specially tool room and NPD is way too tiring and exploiting, everyone is underpaid there except some high officials,they ask them to resign from the new GET,DET if their economic condition is going down, without any proper explanation and reasons
