No Value to the experienced peoples, Experienced and less experienced are treated as same. So no growth and future for me as i have more than 20 years of experience with multi skills. So i am looking good flat form that where can i show my skills and innovative ideas.

Work Details

Being a Senior plant operator i have to run a chiller plant with given KPI ( Key performance Indicator). Co-ordinate with supervisor and Maintenance team for any rectification or Preventive Maintenance. Handy jobs to be attended by own with my team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
