It's been 4.5 years of service in Empower and I am loving it! Great leadership team, who always emphasize on growth and development of associates. I have had opportunities to work in two different vertical and both have its own learning opportunities and flavours of work! Associates have better understanding and team work.

Dislikes

HR and senior management sucks. Old people from JP Morgan and fidelity people have groups and they bully outsiders. Work harrasment is very common and ask to leave if youe boss is not happy. Dirty politics. People donot get promoted on basis of their merit.
