Canada Life, sister company of Empower, They hired a Director from Different state thinking that person will make amazing changes to the company, instead of changing culture, he started targeting the local people and mentally harassing them to make them quit, then he started hiring people from his state and his previous company to fill up the positions and create his own territory to rule. When you reach out to the person in regards to any office issue, first he needs to feel the lady who went with the issue, second thing scan the lady from top to bottom without any regards to people watching. Misusing his position for personal gains, probably company should investigate a little more on what exactly is happening. Parents trust you guys and send their daughters to work during the night. Empower Bangalore, Company is really good and I am spending many years with this organisation. Benefits are really appreciated and job security is expected unless you are not performing

Micro Management is at high level and employees are taught with that concept. There is a lot of politics within the senior management and if you are true enough sharing feedback or your suggestions won't be appreciated or considered

The job is interesting and the problem is manager where she prefers to be bossy and do micro Management a lot. Doing everyday shift of 12-13 hrs and we all can imagine how terrible it is. Leaves are not approved manager, flexibility of working is missing
