Not much to like here, too much of inside politics, No appreciation, everyone is busy doing surveys irrespective of title wether RA or SRA.

Indulgence of senior management on very basic level gives another level comfort to employees, they party often which lightens the atmosphere also they make you feel like family.

1. Supportive management. 2. Team Parties/offsite 3. Always new to learn from your seniors 4. Being a startup, you always get opportunities to learn more about other teams.

Sometimes workpressure increases but the best part is senior management is directly involved with you which won't let you feel like employee instead you try to give more than 100% 😀
