It was a fantastic career journey working with IQVIA as I have spent half career of my total years experience, where in I had good learnings, career opportunities, new roles and options of moving to other departments based on your experience on that department and role. The multi culture exposure also one particular aspect within IQVIA experience.

Dislikes

The one area where I feel IQVIA can improve is to weigh people based on their years of experience and talent while providing appraisals and people who have good industry experience should also be paid based on their experience. Also IQVIA should have broad retention policy and the manager should be freely allowed to use this for people who real add value.
