It's completely a wrong place for those who wants to work for long term...Totally it's a worst experience for me...I would have given 0 rating if there is an option for that...

Simply irritating as a fresher engineers . first of all managers not no any thinks and his unfit for that position .plz management take action him .and then its correct every think

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
