It was fantastic experience to work in first 2 years .

Dislikes

Upper management never wants to know what pathetic kind of middle management is doing with their team.there is a big gap, only middle management can grow. I was in North and in North only one person grow and rest are waiting for there turn which never came, I have given 6 precious time to the company,but my growth was not even breakeven to inflation. No doubt company is marvellous and management is also superb but there is a big gap. Due to which most of the person left there jobs and doing fantastic wherever they are.upper management should definitely get involved and try to know the facts....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
