No work and life balance for expat ,24 hours running plant so will to get call anytime to serve as regular shift person after doing your shift job .No one cares for expat ,It is particular community steel plant no space for promotion for others .

Depending upon management but gasco management and Their planning and implementation too good maintain hse standards well particularly covid19 time also taking good care of all workers

I like enjoying with my work colleagues during my working hours. We worked with great team spirit in shifts and during annual shutdown of our plant. I like the safety standards of esi.

Dislikes

I was supplied through contractor (star services) in emirates steel plant (rolling mill5). The salary was very low provided by star service to the crane operators. But Emirates gives a handful amount to star services.
