I like enjoying with my work colleagues during my working hours. We worked with great team spirit in shifts and during annual shutdown of our plant. I like the safety standards of esi.

Dislikes

...lied through contractor (star services) in emirates steel plant (rolling mill5). The salary was very low provided by star service to the crane operators. But Emirates gives a handful amount to star services.

Emirates steel cares a lot about employees safety, always pays the salary on time, it also encourages employees to develop their skill set through various programs.

Dislikes

Inequality in payscale. the new joinees get a better salary package as compared to the old ones. new employees with similar or lesser experience similar or lesser education get higher packages as compared to already working employees. the management should be more considerate to increase the wages of the old employees even when the cost of living in uae and around the globe has significantly increased. the work and personal life balance of contract employees is a mess. one day of rest after working in shift schedule is very hard, specially afternoon and night shift.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is given to new joiners.

Pandemic time our company given full salary Two or Three months. And working days is very less. As like 4 Days Off and 4 Days Working.

I was working as QC Inspector, Sponsored By (Contractor)Star Service LLC. Last Seven Years of my life We given this company. But company is not given any benefit for us. Last seven years any single Dirham no increment, No Bonus. Even we are given Good Production with good Quality every year. We are produced finished products more than our Annual Target in Rolling Mill 05 (RM-05). My Mill Annual Target is 0.4 Millions. And we are achieved Target more than 0.4 and 0.5 Millions 2016, 2017 And 2018. And Year 2019 our Mill RM-05 got award due to Zero Injuries. After that we didn't get anything.
