Because the good work place , good team work, all are helping to each other , Safety Hygiene and Quality very best , team management's are good support each and every person, medical support , giving very healthy food, work atmosphere's are best, not getting bad feelings.

Schedule Shift duties, sometimes very busy at work and getting pressure.

I have worked almost 17 years , when I joined that time very hard feelings because of management was not good, now they changed everything. Now all are happy to do work continuously.

They supporting as a family member they train the employees how to perform their the role according to employees job role. And they aware everything like safety, hygiene. They train the employees how to protect yourself from covid 19 and how to takes precautions and reduce measure to spread this virus.

Still everything is perfect as a my view.

Safety is top priority. Company benefits are good.

Dislikes

Politics is very bad. Specially the manager in safety department takes things personally thats why before this covid and during covid there are many / still resignations from safety department. HR should look into safety department especially how things were manageD and lead by the manager cause shes not good to the employees.

Before okay, but got ruined by the last manager Divya. Shes the worst manager we had. Very unprofessional she acts so nice but shes not nice. You can ask and check with those people staying in the safety department cause if not resignation will continue.

Company policies are good, the work environment and company culture is good. There are many carrier growth opportunities. The rules and regulations are very clear and transparent. Overall it was the good experience.

One thing I dont like is honestly is the salary package and the period of the promotion.

Ekfc is the Best company in UAE 🇦🇪,,I miss every time my past time .if in feature Ekfc offer me to rejoin the same job same salary same basic ..I lucky so I pray to God give me one chance
