- Too much of biasness and promotions are given to only preferential candidates especially expats. - Staff who are hardworking are ignored. - Growth is extremely slow. - Ladies are preferred for promotions especially expats even though they are very mediocre workers.

They supporting as a family member they train the employees how to perform their the role according to employees job role. And they aware everything like safety, hygiene. They train the employees how to protect yourself from covid 19 and how to takes precautions and reduce measure to spread this virus.
