Ohh very bad behavior in senior person and bad language use and accommodation to company is very long distance 3rd salary is very low and overtime money just pay one hours 5.75 dharam it's note good

...orking are ignored. - Growth is extremely slow. - Ladies are preferred for promotions especially expats even though they are very mediocre workers.

The company is good and pays you on time and sometime before pay day accomodation has all the services available and even has a saloon

The work life is too hectic and may cause several health issues and even the management is too bad

Emirates Flight Catering is not just the best company to work but also a place to be.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of the operations team that markets reliable,high-quality products and a global client base.As a result I get to meet senior cabin on board give the catering handover and received positive feedback.Coming back to how the company has been supporting staff through COVID-19 lock-down it has taken strict measure in safety and hygiene, like maintaining social distancing ,installation of sanitize stations all over the catering unit and as been providing staff with portable sanitizer bottles and face mask for all the staff regularly and above all it as created Isolation center for the staff.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.

Likes

Company policies are good, the work environment and company culture is good. There are many carrier growth opportunities. The rules and regulations are very clear and transparent. Overall it was the good experience.

Dislikes

One thing I dont like is honestly is the salary package and the period of the promotion.
