I enjoy my current position, but one area my present employer could improve is employee retention .We've had high turnover and i can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email/message that yet another person has left.Otherwise it's great office environment and I have enjoyed all the projects and work.

Great company for begginners and good opportunity for learning. for growth its average. technical team and management is excellent, specially development team. all team members very supportive there along with development management two names special mention: Paul Barclay and Eric Smith-Breeden. greatest of all managers, I've worked with so far.

HR team little laggy and non-proffessional at times, mostly they try to improve but HR team is everywhere almost similar.

I am basically my own boss being a remote employee. I have no want for advancement and love my job. It would be nice to have some of the same opportunities as the office staff, but I would not trade my freedom for any of them.
