I joined Embibe recently. The interview process was smooth but it took longer than usual, which is understandable considering everything is remote because of Covid. Post joining, I have been guided closely by my team members and managers. They are literally available 24x7 and are very friendly. The compensation is really good, even though 20% of the CTC is paid based on performance. Actually, I think this is a good thing as it motivates us to perform better. Lastly, the product is far better than any other products in the market. The content is just part of it. What is unique about Embibe's product is that it leverages data analytics to personalize the learning process. So, it has the potential to change education forever.
