Nothing much. You could have said insurance, but that also will be detected from your salary. So, basically nothing.

Embibe is a company with full of politics and incompetency. If you are willing to li***ck functional heads or CEOs backside, you'll get promoted and may even get handsome appraisal, or you get cornered or PIP or laid off. They don't care about your competency. So, if you are good at your job and have a bit of integrity, this is not a company to work. If you got an offer from here, no matter what, DO NOT accept it. Just use that to get a better job. CEO is a ravan. She forces people to put positive reviews about the company to make sure Tech people joins and all the positive reviews are forced to give by the current employees. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS. The CEO shouts like we are hers, she thinks she rules the universe. She and her brother is basically a bad children who doesn't have any vision or competence to run the company. 10 years of Embibe and no revenue, can you believe it? They are still a start up 🤣. If a 10th grade student run this company, there would have been some revenue. Reliance are so stupid to pump their money here, and all their money are going into drain. Aditi Avasthi has somehow successfully able to convince Reliance for last 5 years. All the employees trying to looking to get out of here. Creating core academic content for an EdTech is challenging especially because of the way the content is delivered to student. As an academic content developer, this is what drives me. The product is very unique. Salary and learning opportunities in the company are great! The office is very beautiful too. The best thing is the company is led by a strong woman.

It's a long list: 1. Very humane work environment. What Embibe did during the COVID period taught me that you can run a business and be extremely empathetic too. Everything was taken care of. They arranged for medications, hospital beds, oxygen cylinders for employees in need. Even for those who were in the remotest parts of the country. Many new EdTechs emerged and thrived during the Covid period taking advantage of the lockdown. Existing EdTechs built products. Embibe's priorities were different. They were busy taking care of the employees. No extra pressure was put. Even variable amount was higher than usual. 2. Great work satisfaction. The mission and vision of the company is very altruistic. They really care about students and are not there to extract money. 3. The CEO is an amazing lady. Strict but soft from inside. Extremely approachable and empathetic. Talks to everyone. Addresses issues faced by individuals. 4. The office interior is extremely beautiful. Feels like some club decorated for a party. 5. The best thing about working at Embibe is the scope of working on a wide range of projects and learning new things in the process. A content person can work on the product, for example. Salary is high compared to industry standards. Work hours are flexible.
