Nothing as such. I just wanted to complete my internship and walk out from there one horrible organisation to work with.

Everything I was an HR intern there and I was working under the talent acquisition head she was pathetic and zero ethical behaviour or standards. It was like hell for me to work there she would use unethical language and act like a immatured person. She nerve let me talk to anyone in the two months I worked, she wouldn't teach anything rather make me take printouts and stuff and there was no continuity of work that she used to assign me. She asked me to finish my internship 14 days prior to the internship deadline and asked me mail in her favour later used it against me. As far as I know her she never respected any of the candidates who used to come for the interview and she used to very rude. There is absolutely no work culture in a company like TCFM and there's no life to grow also....Read More
