Nothing, they are doomed - sooner or later.

Dislikes

Bad culture with regular use of abusive language by directors ( family members). No vision,they are doomed - they only pit pressure to get orders... Multiple cases of Employees harrasment by department heads and Directors himself, but HR is spineless with no power. IMD /IBD(International) division is worst , headed by Pareshaan jiGoenka. He is a pysopath, abusive , sadistic person. Many people sacked ( From VP to ABM) at whims of directors - Mr.Prashant Goenka CEO of IBD (earlier called IMD) is another breed, who keeps on delaying the things intentionally......Read More

Many things as i am Sr. visualiser in emami zanducare division 1. there is no growth as an creater & strategist. 2. Nobody will take your opinion or hard work & RND thought process on visualisation. 3. No matter how experience. 4. You will be person who only will take nonsense feedbacks from those bunches of people who has zero commansence in branding & creation visualisation. 5. 0 visibility of your presence 6. Increment % pathetic There is many thing i can’t waste my time too much in it. Moral of the story you will be waste your precious time. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
